Support for OSINT CTF competitions in jeopardy format: Graphic design for the event, marketing materials, prizes, and gifts for participants; event promotion on social media; organization and moderation of a series of open lectures (webinars) by OSINT/infobrokering specialists for event promotion; service and organization of the award ceremony at NASK-PIB in Warsaw, including catering services; purchase, ordering, preparation, and shipping of promotional items, prizes, gifts for participants, and competition clothing; organization and provision of individual professional mentoring by OSINT/infobrokering specialists for the "Amateur" category winner. Duration 3 months from contract signing, but no later than November 27, 2026. Estimated value 202,950.00 PLN gross. Awarding to or with the participation of Russian citizens, individuals residing in Russia, or legal entities, bodies, or organizations established in Russia, or those directly or indirectly owned for more than 50% by such entities, is prohibited under EU Regulation 833/2014, as well as to natural or legal persons, entities, or bodies acting on behalf or under the direction of such parties, if their share exceeds 10% of the contract value.
