Support Services for Socio-Vocational Inclusion of People with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Support services for the socio-vocational inclusion of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Organization and management of a service providing support in preferably ordinary environments. This includes two main intervention areas: A. Individualized support for participants' socio-economic participation through the development of an individualized plan, the development of personal skills for independent living and socio-vocational participation (especially job acquisition and retention), vocational training orientation, accompaniment and advice for active job search and access to community resources, and intervention at different support levels. B. Generation of employment and social participation opportunities by facilitating and creating participation opportunities, searching for community resources, job offers, and training, and conducting awareness-raising activities for community resources, especially businesses, to highlight the potential of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder as active members of society and as a workforce.
