Upgrade of the INBULMARS (Integrated Bulgarian Maritime Surveillance) Information System for EU maritime surveillance based on CISE: Delivery of equipment and system software for a data center upgrade to provide the infrastructure for the InBulMarS system; installation and configuration of the delivered equipment to ensure a functional, secure, and stable infrastructure for the InBulMarS system; development of new system functionalities, including audit, technological and functional upgrade of the InBulMarS system and the external user module, to achieve higher performance, better usability, improved exchange traceability, and full compatibility with the national CISE node.
