Upgrade of Taric, TMS, Taric Input Bridge Modules for High Availability
Technological transformation of ITMS modules (TARIC, QUOTA, EBTI, Surveillance, DMS, SMS, TNME): Replacement of the J2EE/JBoss infrastructure with a modern technology stack including Java Spring Boot (backend) and Vue3 (frontend) to achieve high availability (HA), modularity, and high performance. The existing database and messaging infrastructure will be retained. The actual procured quantity may differ from the estimated quantity and will depend on the contracting authority's actual needs during the contract term; the estimated quantity corresponds to the bill of quantities.
