Repair and Maintenance Services for Vehicles in 2027

Repair and maintenance services for vehicles: Services include repairs and maintenance based on current needs and onboard diagnostic system indications for vehicles registered with 45 WOG Wędrzyn. The planned number of vehicles for repair/maintenance may change according to the client's needs within the specified budget. If a vehicle lacks a valid technical inspection or its validity expires during repair/maintenance, a full technical inspection must be performed after the service. A renewed technical inspection is mandatory after repairs to safety-relevant systems (brakes, suspension, steering, lighting). The cost of the periodic technical inspection is included in the repair/maintenance quote and must comply with the Minister of Infrastructure regulation of 29 September 2004. Excluded are the replacement of batteries, tires, wiper blades, headlight bulbs, hubcaps, floor mats, and seat covers. The scope of services includes, among others: periodic maintenance based on the onboard computer, service inserts, and service book for the respective brand; air conditioning service; repair of steering, pneumatic, cooling, power transmission, fuel and air supply systems; electrical system repair; engine accessory repair; Webasto repair; winch repair; suspension repair; brake system repair; bodywork and paint repairs; drive axle repair; gearbox repair; drive shaft and spring repair; steering gear and injection pump repair; upholstery repair; air conditioning repair. The client may send vehicles of various types, models, and brands, including unlisted ones, for repair/maintenance, especially in case of sudden breakdowns of vehicles belonging to other military units within the responsibility area of 45 WOG (counties: sulęcińskiego, słubickiego, strzelecko-drezdeńskiego, międzyrzeckiego, gorzowskiego, m. Gorzów Wlkp., krośnieńskiego, m. Zielona Góra, zielonogórskiego or świebodzińskiego). For lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the contractor must have a tow truck or auto-tow truck with an appropriate gross combination mass (DCM) for the safe transport of defective vehicles and possess valid carrier's liability insurance for vehicle transport up to 100,000.00 PLN, which must be maintained for the entire contract duration.
