Delivery of a Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) device AVITI24: The device supports multiomics applications, including device-specific consumables and a maintenance contract. It is intended for targeted sequencing, exome sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, and multiomics-requiring cell profiling from human sample materials to support cancer diagnostics and treatment. Specific requirements include sequencing of gene libraries from various manufacturers from fresh and FFPE samples, a sequencing capacity of at least 1 B sequences/40Gb-480Gb per run, a sequencing length of at least 2*150bp, multiplexing capability for dozens to hundreds of samples per run, availability of different sequencing cassettes (75bp, 150bp, 300bp), easy and highly automated operation with pre-packaged reagent kits, two separate sequencing units allowing one run to start while another is in progress, generation of at least > 90% Q30 quality sequence data in 2x150bp runs, ability to achieve 70% Q50 and 90% Q40 quality criteria with special reagents, internal preparation of hybridization-based sequencing libraries, multiomics applications directly from cells and tissues (RNA, proteins, and cell morphology), and cost-effective sequence data generation.
