Daytime activity services for disabled, developmentally disabled, and autistic persons in Helsinki: Activities organized outside the home to strengthen daily living skills and support independent living. Services are primarily for individuals over 18 years old, or in special cases, 16-year-olds who have completed basic education. The services include day activities, work activities, and work coaching. The estimated client count at the beginning of the contract period in 2027 is 682 clients. The contract period for this second opening of the procurement procedure starts on February 1, 2027, and ends on January 31, 2029, with an option for two (2) extension periods of up to one (1) year each. The contracting authority does not commit to any specific procurement volumes; services are ordered as needed.
