Veeam Licenses and Products for the Data Center of the Tax Administration
Framework agreement for the procurement and maintenance of Veeam licenses and products: Veeam Kasten Licenses, node-based subscription licenses, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, Veeam Data Cloud, and all other future Veeam products. Fixed discount rates for new business, for example for extensions with additional VUL packages, and discounts on the list price for subscription terms of 1, 2, 3, 4 years are to be provided. Excluded are contract extensions and existing licenses (renewals), for which special manufacturer conditions apply exclusively. The contract volume is limited to a maximum of 5,000,000 EUR net; the contractual relationship ends upon reaching this limit.
