Processing of Waste Paper, Cardboard (OPK), and Glass: The service includes the processing of OPK and glass collected by the municipality. Collection occurs via underground and above-ground containers, as well as seven recycling points for citizens and businesses (by BAC). Transport to the contractor's locations is carried out by the municipality. The contractor acquires the delivered raw materials (OPK and glass) and is responsible for storage, transshipment, logistical removal, and processing. Ownership and risk transfer to the contractor upon acceptance after weighing and quality control at the receiving location. The municipality invoices the revenues monthly.
