Renewal of Technical Protection Systems (PZTS and EKV) for 95 Facilities
Renewal of Technical Protection Systems (PZTS) and Electronic Access Control Systems (EKV): Renewal of outdated systems at 95 VZP ČR facilities, with the number of facilities subject to change. The scope includes dismantling and ecological disposal of existing technology, preparation of implementation documentation for PZTS and EKV per facility based on security proposals from the contracting authority, supply and installation of PZTS components meeting ČSN EN 50131 series requirements (including ČSN CLC/TS 50131 and TNI 33 4591) for security level 2 (and level 3 for one secured area), and supply and installation of EKV components meeting ČSN EN 60839-11-1 and 2 requirements for security level 2 (and level 3 for one secured area), with technically equivalent solutions permitted. A 4-year warranty period for PZTS and EKV deliveries is provided. Furthermore, the supply of a homologated/certified radio communicator for signal transmission to the Czech Police Alarm and Reception Centre (DPPC PČR) and a GSM module (4G or 5G) for data communication in cases of unavailable radio coverage are included. Integration of all relevant PZTS and EKV elements into the C4 overlay system, including control panel connection and C4 system configuration, is required. Full service access via the system keyboard for user management and system administration, a hardware and software interface for connection to the existing C4 system, and a mobile application for remote PZTS management are also part of the contract. Initial revisions and functional tests of the systems, delivery of operating and maintenance manuals in Czech, and handover of properly completed operating logs for each facility are foreseen. Preparation of as-built documentation for the installed PZTS and EKV systems, supplemented by a "cable book" for "medium and large objects" and the "Headquarters" facility, is also included. Technical support for administration, maintenance, and further development of the systems, including component additions, functionality expansion, integration, software modifications, and capacity increase, as well as the option for supplementing and expanding delivered systems, updating project documentation, and performing further actions related to dismantling, relocation, and reassembly of systems as per the contracting authority's instructions, are also part of the scope.
