Medical and veterinary waste incineration plant (9.6 Mg/day) with warehouse conversion
Conversion of a warehouse building into a medical and veterinary waste incineration plant building: Installation of a thermal treatment plant for medical and veterinary waste with a nominal capacity of 0.4 Mg/h (9.6 Mg/day). This includes the construction of a modular gatehouse, a waste shelter, fencing, hardened ground, a truck scale, an external filter, an emission chimney, and two sealed, double-walled buffer tanks for industrial wastewater. Also covered are connections for water, sanitary sewage, and heating, as well as external installations for water, sanitary sewage, storm drainage, gas, and an electrical cable line with lighting poles. The scope comprises the development of the technical project (PT) and executive project (PW), delivery, execution, assembly, integration, commissioning, and handover of the complete plant located in an existing hall, along with necessary construction, installation, and landscaping works. Excluded are an electrical power generation system (cogeneration) with 150 kWe gross electrical power and 1500 kW gross thermal power, and a photovoltaic (PV) installation. Heat recovery from exhaust gases via a heat recovery boiler and heat transfer system to consumers is included. The technical project must provide space reserves and mechanical and electrical interfaces for future cogeneration and photovoltaic installations. The procedure is conducted via competitive dialogue.
