Operational Management for Refugee Facilities
Operation of three refugee facilities in Münster, each with an accommodation capacity of 50 places: Lauenburgstr. 19 (Rumphorst), Käthe-Ernst-Weg 16-26 (Nienberge), and Zum Schultenhof 3 (Roxel). The service includes the reception and accommodation of assigned foreign refugees according to available capacities and municipal occupancy standards, quantitative room occupancy according to city guidelines, consideration of social aspects during assignment, acceptance of individuals in urgent situations even if conditions are not met, temporary acceptance of up to 10% above the planned capacity in urgent situations, and implementation of decisions regarding changes in user groups. Key aspects of the operation are social work support, assistance, and counseling for accommodated persons, as well as caretaker services and building administration.
