Public Procurement Administration and Legal Services for Psychiatrická nemocnice Bohnice

Public procurement administration and legal services: Comprehensive administration of public contracts, including the preparation of tender conditions, execution of selection procedures according to internal regulations or ZZVZ, negotiations with suppliers, bid opening, assessment of participation conditions and bids, and all subsequent steps such as supplier selection, contract preparation, and reporting obligations to the Public Procurement Bulletin and TED. Also included are the processing of objection decisions, securing signatures of commission members and experts, participation in commission meetings, and all necessary steps for the proper awarding of public contracts according to ZZVZ. Additionally, consulting services related to the planning, preparation, and awarding of public contracts, as well as representation of the contracting authority in administrative or judicial proceedings related to public contracts, are provided. Duration 48 months from the effective date of the framework agreement or until the maximum financial limit is reached.
