Traffic Infrastructure Planning for Road Final Construction in Am Wasserwerk Residential Area, Ibbenbüren

Planning services for traffic infrastructure object planning: service phases 2 to 8 according to § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 13 HOAI for the final road construction in the "Am Wasserwerk" residential area in Ibbenbüren-Dörenthe. This includes considering existing inventory, elevation, drainage, utility, construction road, lighting, and connection conditions. In addition to basic services, special and additional services are required, particularly local construction supervision and project-related services for organization, coordination, cost, and schedule tracking. Commissioning is staged: Stage 1 covers service phases 2 to 4, Stage 2 covers service phases 5 to 7, and Stage 3 covers service phase 8. The preliminary eligible costs total 2,150,148.00 EUR net, of which 1,693,200.00 EUR net are for cost group 300 (demolition work, site clearance) and 456,948.00 EUR net for cost group 400 (drainage, lighting).
