Traffic Expert Opinion for Go4Wohnen - Erftstadt "Wohnen am Campus"

Traffic expert opinion to accompany the development plan procedure "Wohnen am Campus" in Erftstadt-Liblar: Determination, evaluation, and verification of the traffic impacts of the planned district development on the existing and planned traffic network. The access structure outlined in the urban development framework plan will be professionally reviewed and optimized. The access concept will be validated regarding its efficiency, traffic safety, feasibility, and future viability. Independent traffic surveys must be conducted due to the lack of current traffic count data; the survey concept must be coordinated and is part of the expert opinion. Services include basic data collection, scope definition, site inspection, inventory analysis, traffic surveys, traffic prognosis, traffic generation calculation, capacity analyses, professional validation of the access structure, integrated mobility concept, evaluation, expert recommendation, and a report. Work begins immediately after contract award; prompt processing is required to provide results for early public participation according to § 3 Abs. 1 BauGB.
