Traffic monitoring technology: Provision, operation, maintenance, upkeep, and optional renewal of systems for stationary, mobile, and semi-stationary speed and optional red light monitoring, starting from 01.01.2027. Currently, three monitoring techniques, one stationary measuring column, mobile equipment, and one semi-station (measuring trailer) are in use. The main offer includes the continued use of existing systems with red light monitoring options or their partial/complete replacement with new systems, requiring an identical measurement procedure for all applications. Alternative offers are permitted for an additional stationary measuring column for speed and red light monitoring, and the long-term rental of another semi-stationary measuring trailer with a long battery life.
