Relocatable hydrogen production (electrolyser) device with transportable storage: The device is designed for periodic relocation between sites and capable of reliable operation in demanding northern winter conditions. It will be used for research and piloting purposes to test hydrogen distribution, digital management systems, and material durability in cold climates. Deployment will occur in rural and urban environments (e.g., Oulu, Utajärvi) for logistics companies, municipalities, and the Finnish Defence Forces. The container and its materials must be optimized and certified for structural durability in cold climates. Maximum price 1,000,000 euros (without VAT).
