Surveying Services for Basic Renovation and Extension of Pergamonmuseum Section B
Surveying services: Construction surveying, structural monitoring, and construction-accompanying as-built surveying for Section B of the Pergamonmuseum, the connecting structures of the Archaeological Promenade (AP) between the Bode Museum/Pergamonmuseum and the Pergamonmuseum/Neues Museum/James-Simon-Galerie (excluding excavation pits), outdoor facilities, and adjacent buildings. The construction project includes a gross floor area (GFA) of 21,700 m² for Pergamonmuseum Section B and 500 m² for the AP connecting structures, with project costs of approximately 720 million € gross for cost groups 200-500 and 700. Services are to be provided according to Annex 1, No. 1.4 HOAI from approximately Q1 2027 to Q1 2035 (end of service phase 8). Special conditions include monument protection requirements, difficult ground conditions, a high proportion of technical building equipment (TBE), construction during ongoing museum operations in the adjacent Section A, and exhibits remaining in the building during construction.
