Catering Services for Educational and Social Institutions in Törökbálint

Catering services: Preparation of ready meals in the contractor's own facility, daily and portion-wise delivery to educational, upbringing, and social care institutions of the City of Törökbálint, including dietary and food-allergy-friendly ready meals according to Regulation 37/2014 (IV.30.) EMMI, as well as removal of food waste at least 3 times per week. The expected annual portion quantity includes for nurseries: 17,586 normal breakfasts, 17,586 normal snacks, 17,586 normal lunches, 17,586 normal dinners; 350 dietary breakfasts, 350 dietary snacks, 350 dietary lunches, 350 dietary dinners; 220 adult lunches. For kindergartens: 95,503 normal snacks, 95,503 normal lunches, 95,503 normal dinners; 3,111 dietary snacks, 3,111 dietary lunches, 3,111 dietary dinners; 1,790 normal adult lunches. For primary schools lower grade: 74,746 normal snacks, 110,136 normal lunches, 74,934 normal dinners; 510 dietary snacks, 2,900 dietary lunches, 510 dietary dinners. For primary schools upper grade: 16,284 normal snacks (self-service), 64,803 normal lunches (self-service), 9,093 normal dinners (self-service); 257 dietary snacks, 658 dietary lunches, 247 dietary dinners. For secondary schools: 1,929 normal snacks (self-service), 15,549 normal lunches (self-service), 451 normal dinners (self-service); 200 dietary lunches. For schools: 1,537 normal adult lunches (self-service). For social care: 19,632 normal lunches, 5,640 dietary lunches. A deviation of +/- 25% from the indicative quantity is at the bidder's risk. Self-service systems are operated at locations Óvoda u. 6. and Dózsa Gy.u.15., with a quantity of 443.93 persons per day for self-service. An "Ízbázis" program for playful education on healthy eating must be implemented once a month at self-service locations. For social care, pre-portioned, single-serving, sealed, chilled ready meals in food-safe packaging are to be delivered. An IT catering module for providing monthly menus by the 5th of the preceding month must be supplied. Menus must meet age-group-specific energy requirements according to Regulation 37/2014 (IV. 30.) EMMI. further items as per the tender documents.
