Catering Services for Vocational Education Institutions
Catering services: Organization of meal and cafeteria services, as well as meeting catering for students and staff in the kitchen and restaurant facilities owned by Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO. Services cover the locations OSAO Kontinkangas, OSAO Kotkantie 2, and OSAO Pirilä (Kempele) for construction site catering. Users include students and staff of Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO, Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oamk), and Oulu City (secondary education), as well as representatives of separately agreed stakeholders. The contract starts on 28.12.2026 and is open-ended. The estimated value is approximately 4,700,000 € (excl. VAT). A mandatory inspection of the kitchen and restaurant facilities will take place on 10.9.2026 at 13:00, starting at Pirilä (Kempele), followed by Kotkantie 2 (Oulu) and Kontinkangas (Oulu). Registrations must be sent by 8.9.2026 at 15:00 to maiju.anttila@osao.fi. The procurement is conducted jointly with Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oamk) and Oulu City.
