Insurance for Transport of Military Equipment for the CV90 Project
Cargo insurance for the transport of military equipment within the CV90 project: covers separate turrets, complete military vehicles, and other related components of military equipment. Transports are carried out by the contracting authority itself or by contracted carriers. The insurance must cover transports under the FCA regime, including damages incurred during loading and unloading, and the use of specialized equipment. Insurance coverage begins at the moment of shipment takeover for transport. Repeated transports are anticipated in various logistical scenarios, including transports between suppliers and the contracting authority, transports for tests (e.g., Bzenec), and transports for handover to the Czech Armed Forces (AČR). The number, exact dates, and routes of transports may change depending on project development and coordination. The contracting authority reserves the right to arrange insurance for individual transports as needed and is not obliged to exhaust the estimated scope of services. The maximum limit per transport is 200,000,000 CZK. The detailed scope of insurance, including insurance locations, scope, subject, sums insured, deductibles, and other requirements, is described in the technical parts of the tender documents and their appendices. Parts of the tender documents are confidential and require an electronically signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for request via E-ZAK. This is not a tender for insurance broker services. Alternative offers are not permitted. The estimated scope of services (number of transports, indicative values of transported assets) is for informational purposes only and is not binding.
