Purchase and leasing of official vehicles and vehicle administration: The contract includes the purchase (new vehicles) and operational leasing of official vehicles, as well as vehicle administration. For purchases, the bidder acts as a communicator, collecting offers for vehicle groups based on predetermined procedures; vehicle selection is made by the contracting authority. A communication fee per vehicle is tendered. For leasing, vehicles are offered within defined vehicle groups, with prices based on cost price (purchase price minus discounts plus equipment), hire period, NIBOR interest, and a fixed mark-up percentage; the contracting authority can acquire the vehicle after the hire period. Vehicle administration includes general fleet management, an electronic logbook for tax documentation, and optionally fleet management with real-time tracing, driver follow-up, and service interval overview.
