Contract amendment for the Aromi system: The amendment concerns the integration of the Aromi Chefstein self-monitoring system into the existing Aromi system used by Service Centre Helsinki. This service package is technically and functionally closely linked to the maintenance, support, and development of the Aromi system. Its integration into the current contract is necessary to ensure the compatibility and functionality of the overall system. Changing suppliers or acquiring a separate parallel solution would lead to significant incompatibilities, integration and interface risks, overlapping costs, and unclear division of responsibilities in system maintenance and support services. The procurement is implemented as a contract amendment to the indefinite-term contract between the Service Centre Enterprise of the City of Helsinki and CGI Finland Oy regarding the Aromi system. The amendment supplements a service related to the same overall system without altering the general nature of the original contract.
