Contract Engineer Services for the Strategic Expansion of the West Pomeranian Oncology Center in Szczecin

Contract Engineer services for the investment project 'Modern oncological infrastructure for the region – strategic expansion of SOLO III West Pomeranian Oncology Center in Szczecin'. The services include construction management for the following tasks: Construction of building 8a for the Department of Imaging Diagnostics and Nuclear Medicine, Clinical Oncology Ward (day ward), and Hospital Outpatient Oncology Clinic (specialist clinics), including construction of connectors to building 8 and necessary works in building 8 (room reconstruction, elevator addition), along with the purchase of medical equipment and furnishings, a pneumatic tube system, and site development. Construction of building 3a for the Operating Block and Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, as well as reconstruction of the ground floor of building 3 for the Endoscopy Laboratory, modernization of part of the Surgical Oncology Ward, modernization of the basement, along with the purchase of medical equipment and furnishings, construction of 3 connectors, a pneumatic tube system, and site development. Expansion and reconstruction of building 8 for the Department of Pathomorphology and Department of Molecular Biology (superstructure above the north wing), along with the purchase of medical equipment and furnishings, and site development. Expansion and reconstruction of building 8 for the Hospital Pharmacy (expansion and modernization of the south wings), along with the purchase of medical equipment and furnishings. Contract conditions for construction works will be prepared according to FIDIC standards: for Tasks 1, 3, and 4 (design and build formula), based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build; for Task 2 (build formula), based on design documentation provided by the client (multi-branch design, construction, technical, and executive project, and valid building permit), using FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction. The Contract Engineer must develop Special Conditions clearly indicating which provisions apply to 'design and build' tasks and which to 'build' Task 2. further items as per the tender documents.
