Contract Engineer Services for Expansion and Modernization of University Clinical Hospital Białystok

Contract Engineer services: Investor supervision and other contractually defined services for the expansion and modernization of the University Clinical Hospital in Białystok, including the construction of the University Center for Personalized Oncology. The investment will be implemented in a "design and build" system by a General Contractor. The Contract Engineer acts as a professional representative and advisor to the client, providing substantive, organizational, and technical support at all project stages, from pre-selection of the General Contractor through design and construction to final defect-free acceptance. The basic term of services is funded until December 31, 2029; an option for continuation of services beyond this date is foreseen, depending on future funding availability.
