Management of Training Qualifications

Management of training qualifications: The qualifications are registered with the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) at France Compétences and are used for certifying employee skills. They enable access to significant funding and meet regulatory requirements. SNCF RESEAU requires management for 5 qualifications and approximately 1,500 certified employees annually; SNCF VOYAGEURS for 1 qualification and approximately 1,000 certified employees annually; SNCF SURETE for 2 qualifications and approximately 100 certified employees annually.
