Management, Maintenance, and Renewal of SAP Licenses and Subscriptions
Services for SAP Licenses and Subscriptions: Management, maintenance, renewal, and monitoring of existing and future SAP on-premise licenses and SAP Cloud subscriptions for ULiège. The contract duration is 1 year with an option for 3 renewals. There is no obligation for the university to acquire, convert, or subscribe to RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP, or other structural SAP Cloud offerings via this contractor. The contractor's tasks regarding RISE with SAP include analysis, consulting, contractual preparation, deadline monitoring, optimization recommendations, and decision support. The university reserves the right to launch separate public tenders at any time for the acquisition, negotiation, conversion, subscription, or implementation of RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud ERP, or other structural SAP Cloud solutions, without exclusivity for the contractor of this agreement. Contract renewal does not limit this right.
