Management system for rescue plans: An electronic system for drafting, maintaining, and communicating rescue plans for the City of Seinäjoki and its group companies. The rescue plans include conclusions from hazard and risk assessments, safety arrangements for buildings and occupied premises, instructions for accident prevention and action in emergency and hazardous situations, and other self-preparedness measures according to the Rescue Act (379/2011, § 15). The contract period is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028, with an option for an indefinite extension starting 01.01.2029. The option must be exercised in writing at least three (3) months before the contract ends. There are no minimum order quantities; quantities mentioned in the tender are indicative estimates and not binding. The contract will be awarded as a single supplier agreement.
