Valorization and Treatment of Rubble and Excavated Material from SICTOM Nord Allier Waste Collection Centers

Valorization and Treatment of Rubble and Excavated Material: Control, reception, screening, valorization, and treatment of approximately 4,500 tonnes per year of rubble and excavated material from nine waste collection centers of SICTOM Nord Allier. This includes technical and organizational conditions for waste evacuation, routing to approved treatment or valorization channels, and traceability of flows to their final destination. If the sorting and treatment site is located more than 50 km from the headquarters of SICTOM Nord Allier (03230 Chézy), a transfer station less than 50 km away must be proposed, and the transport of waste to the treatment facilities must be handled. The transfer station must possess all suitable material resources in sufficient numbers; the means implemented in case of an operational incident must be justified. All characteristics and technical elements of this facility must be provided, along with measures implemented to prevent fly-aways. An up-to-date operating declaration must be attached to the candidate's response.
