Energy-efficient renovation measures for facade areas at Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium in Leverkusen-Opladen: Work will be carried out during ongoing school operations. The construction process must be managed to minimize disruption to school operations, considering the presence of children. The contractor is solely responsible for traffic safety obligations and securing all work areas. Noise-intensive work must be appropriately considered. Site access must be kept closed at all times; construction vehicles and delivery traffic may only enter the school grounds after prior registration, at walking speed, and with extreme caution. A site visit is strongly recommended. Storage space is only available to a limited extent.
