Video Detection and Localization System for Forest Fires using AI

Deployment of a permanent video detection and localization system for forest fires using artificial intelligence: 24/7 surveillance of natural areas, early detection of smoke plumes and other fire indicators, provision of actionable, contextualized, and localized alerts to CTA-CODIS, rapid clarification via camera control and live images, reduction of emergency response mobilization time, coverage of 100% of exposed natural, wooded, and forest areas as per the contractual GIS reference, ensuring continuity, cybersecurity, interoperability, scalability, and absence of proprietary lock-in (including for AI models), data and equipment utilization by the Department and SDIS 21. Upon deployment, the system must form a coherent, supervised, documented, and exploitable network from CTA-CODIS, ensuring detection, transmission, display, localization, clarification, alert management, logging, and data export without reliance on unauthorized external cloud services.
