Video Conferencing Systems
Supply of video conferencing systems according to EVB-IT framework agreement Systemlieferung, EVB-IT Systemlieferung AGB, and EVB-IT Service. The systems must be integrated into an existing Cisco Video Meeting Server (Cisco CMS) and Expressways (Cisco VCS-E & C) infrastructure. Cisco encoders supporting SIP video protocol are required. The scope includes delivery, IMAC/R/D processes, and support. The framework agreement has a duration of 4 years, starting no earlier than January 1, 2027. The maximum call-off value is 150% of the awarded contract value. Contracting authorities are Dataport AöR, Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, Land Schleswig-Holstein, and Land Sachsen-Anhalt.
