Project management and coordination for the rollout of a video control system (VKS): Creation and updating of project organization, schedule and milestone planning, interface control, reporting on costs, deadlines, quality, risks, and opportunities. Development of the detailed concept and site-specific work and assembly planning (camera planning, power and data supply, grounding, lightning protection, control cabinet and junction box concepts, IT security, communication matrix, site-specific planning documents). Supervision of execution, coordination of handovers between civil engineering, assembly, and commissioning, defect documentation, support for acceptance, and ensuring complete final documentation. Interface management for execution services (Lot 2 and Lot 3), including change management for deviations.
