Compactor for Moisture Reduction of LDPE/LLDPE Waste Film

Delivery of a compactor for moisture reduction of processed municipal LDPE and LLDPE waste film after pre-shredding, washing processes, hydroseparation, and preliminary moisture reduction using a centrifuge. The compactor must perform moisture reduction in at least two stages and function as an extrusion press, with the material structure loosened in the final phase for transport to subsequent process steps. Maximum material moisture at output: 6%. The working system includes a stainless steel feed hopper, a screw press (screw conveyor) for material compaction with a minimum diameter of 590 mm and 50 to 60 kW electric motor drive, hydraulic pressure application with 3 to 5 kW drive power, a liquid collector and cylindrical sieve made of stainless steel for liquid drainage, a front shredder for material loosening with 7 to 10 kW electric motor drive, a stainless steel feeding screw, and a transport fan for flakes with belt drive and 20 to 25 kW electric motor drive. Minimum hourly output: 1.5 Mg for output material with a maximum of 6% moisture. Fixed price; at least 40% of the net remuneration payable after unconditional final acceptance. Minimum warranty period: 12 months from final acceptance. Warranty service: handling reports in Polish, immediate service action, maximum service arrival time if remote fault resolution is not possible 48 hours, fault resolution within a maximum of 4 days from notification, fault reporting 24/7 (including public holidays) via email or phone, use of original parts for repairs. Provision of post-warranty service. Maximum contract performance period: 6 months from contract conclusion, including delivery, assembly, commissioning, and technological testing. Bidder requirements: references from compactor owners and from plants/installations where the bidder provides service for this type of compactor; minimum revenue of 1.5 million PLN in the last closed financial year; no tax arrears and social security contributions.
