Virtual Court System for Justice

System "Virtual Court - Courtroom of the Future": Procurement of a complete system for the judiciary for case preparation and presentation in court, in accordance with EVB-IT System Contract Number 1.1. The system consists of a stationary CAVE system for court buildings and mobile VR glasses with accessories. The CAVE system includes LED-based visualization, tracking, 3D glasses, energy management, network components, and control and visualization software for 3D data, including all services for operational readiness and coordination with Vermögen und Bau and BITBW. The VR glasses include controllers, charging cables, connection cables, and installation/operating software for operational readiness. The overall system must be built, operated, and continuously maintained using the free, open-source, and modular visualization system COVISE (Collaborative Visualization and Simulation Environment), including OpenCOVER as a visualization and rendering component. The contractor must acquire the necessary knowledge for using COVISE and install, configure, maintain, and document COVISE on the required workstations.

Building automation for energy-efficient renovation of Ochtendung Primary School

As part of the energy-efficient refurbishment of the "St. Martin" primary school in Ochtendung, extensive services in the building automation trade are being put out to tender. The measure includes the installation of a building automation system including building management technology (GLT) for two control cabinet locations. The main components include the automation focal points ASP01 with 76 physical data points and ASP02 with 114 physical data points, as well as individual room control with approx. 140 physical data points. A total of around 2,340 data point links are to be implemented. The dominant core trade is building automation.
