VMware Licenses and Support for University Hospital Cologne
Delivery of VMware software subscriptions, associated support services, and professional services (service entitlements) for the University Hospital Cologne and eligible entities. The framework agreement includes, in particular, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware vDefend, and other VMware products as per the service specification. Services are provided on demand over a contract period of 60 months via individual call-offs. This comprises the provision of software subscriptions including maintenance and support, as well as the utilization of professional services. Subsequent purchases of additional licenses are possible within the contractually agreed scope.
