VMware Licenses and Support
VMware Software Subscriptions and Support Services: Framework agreement for the supply of VMware software subscriptions, associated support services, and Professional Services (Service Entitlements) for the University Hospital Cologne and eligible entities. Includes VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware vDefend, and other VMware products. Services are called off on demand via individual orders over a contract period of 60 months, including maintenance, support, and professional services. Subsequent purchases of additional licenses are possible within the contractually agreed scope.
