Procurement of VMware licenses / subscriptions: including maintenance services and "Professional Services" from the manufacturer Broadcom for a duration of 60 months, based on a quota for "University Hospital Platform" already registered with Broadcom. Authorized users include Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH, Carl Gustav Carus Management GmbH, Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum am Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden GmbH, Universitätsklinikum Dresden Service gemeinnützige GmbH, MRT-Kooperations-GmbH, Nuklearmedizin und bildgebende Diagnostik am Universitätsklinikum Dresden GmbH, and the Medical Faculty Carl Gustav Carus of the Technical University Dresden. Future subsidiaries of the client with over 50% ownership must also be authorized users. Details are specified in the EVB-IT Transfer Agreement_VGS # 22/2026 and its annexes.
