Procurement of VMware licenses / subscriptions: including maintenance services and Broadcom "Professional Services", for a duration of 60 months, based on a "University Hospital Platform" quota already registered with Broadcom. Usage rights for Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH, Carl Gustav Carus Management GmbH, Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum am Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden GmbH, Universitätsklinikum Dresden Service gemeinnützige GmbH, MRT-Kooperations-GmbH, Nuklearmedizin und bildgebende Diagnostik am Universitätsklinikum Dresden GmbH, as well as for future subsidiaries of the contracting authority (share > 50%) and the Carl Gustav Carus Faculty of Medicine at TU Dresden.
