Preparation and Support for OSINT CTF Competitions

Support for the preparation and implementation of OSINT CTF competitions in jeopardy format: graphic design for the event, marketing materials, prizes and gifts for participants; event promotion on social media; organization and moderation of a series of open webinars by OSINT/infobrokering specialists for event promotion; service and organization of the award ceremony at NASK-PIB headquarters in Warsaw including catering; purchase, ordering, preparation, and shipping of promotional items, prizes, gifts for participants, and competition clothing; organization and provision of individual professional mentoring by OSINT/infobrokering specialists for the winner in the "Amateur" category. Contract duration 3 months from contract signing, but no later than November 27, 2026. Estimated value 202,950.00 PLN gross. No extension option. Awarding or continued execution of the contract to or with the participation of Russian citizens, natural persons residing in Russia, or legal entities, bodies, or organizations established in Russia is prohibited, as well as for entities more than 50% owned by such entities or acting on their behalf, if their share in the contract value exceeds 10%.
