Curtain-ventilated facades for Werderstraße 8, 2nd construction phase

Curtain-ventilated facades with carpentry and timber construction work, demolition of the existing old facade, and small-area external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) for a cellar access: approximately 290 m² timber frame construction as a load-bearing substructure for fastening window elements and curtain wall cladding due to non-load-bearing existing parapet elements; approximately 1,030 m² curtain-ventilated facade (VHF) with fiber cement panels on a metal substructure, including mineral wool insulation and perimeter insulation; approximately 10 m² external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS); approximately 80 pieces of curtain-ventilated glass panels (approx. 43 × 2,040 mm) and 2 pieces (72 x 2,040 mm) for outdoor use with concealed fastening; approximately 34 m² timber slat facade in the entrance area, including timber substructure; approximately 75 m² suspended exterior ceiling made of cement-bound and cellulose-free panels with nonius hangers, fastened to a reinforced concrete ribbed slab; dismantling and disposal of approximately 45 m² fiber cement panels including timber substructure and insulation (non-polluted). The services include all necessary substructures, fasteners, insulation, and connections. For the execution of the services, the requirements of the Joint Administrative Regulation on External Person Verification of 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, page 453) must be met.
