Guard and security services for the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga: continuous surveillance and protection of assets, infrastructure, and facilities throughout the entire complex (interior buildings, exterior areas, parking lots), access control for people and goods, surveillance of the loading yard, permanent supervision from the control room (24 hours a day, 365 days a year), internal rounds, mobile service and exterior patrol, as well as specific security for each event or activity at FYCMA. A unified organizational structure with a service manager, service coordinator, shift leaders, and guard team is required, including a clear hierarchy and a single point of contact for FYCMA.
