Surveillance and access control services for municipal facilities: billing based on unit prices for actual hours worked, unarmed by duly qualified private security personnel. The service is structured into two operational blocks: a regular, scheduled service with estimated annual hours per center/service as per Annex I of the PPTP, and an estimated annual pool of 500 hours as per Annex II of the PPTP for unforeseen events, campaigns, or reinforcements. Services include access control, operational handling and supervision of metal detectors and X-ray scanners in facilities with municipal inspection equipment, and incident response and communication, including collaboration with security forces.
