Facade works for House 7: Renewal of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), plumbing works, and painting works on all building sections (BT) West, North, and East. This includes the renewal of the original ETICS on the West and South facades of BT West with associated plumbing works; the renewal of the facade paint on the North facades of BT West, North, and East with repair of defects; the renewal of the ETICS with plinth insulation on internal parapets after roof renovation on the 5th floor of all BT, including preparation for the installation of a steel parapet height extension; and the installation of ETICS on the reinforced concrete walls of the southern stairwell extensions or elevator overruns of BT West and East.
