Delivery and distribution of thermal energy for three facilities of the Sports and Recreation Center in Warsaw-Targówek. 1. **Polonez Swimming Pool, ul. Łabiszyńska 20:** Heat supply with a series-parallel heat node, tariff group A3/B1/C3. The service must ensure heat output depending on the outdoor temperature: 300 kW at 30°C, 432 kW at 8°C, 600 kW at -20°C. The highest heating medium flow is expected at +8°C. A heat consumption optimization system is in place. Planned heat consumption: 8,000 GJ/year. Technical conditions: heat node owned by the contracting authority, metering and billing system for total heat delivered to the node owned by the contractor, Δp/V regulator owned by the contractor (owned by the relevant district heating system operator), weather regulator owned by the contracting authority. Building characteristics: built 2003, connected to district heating 2003, total area 4,097.6 m², volume 28,886 m³. 2. **Sports and Administrative Pavilion, ul. Łabiszyńskiej 20 A:** Delivery of district heating for central heating (CO), technological heat (CT), and domestic hot water preparation (CWU). Technical parameters: ordered power 186 kW, heating power for CO 92 kW, heating power for CT 71 kW, maximum heating power for CWU 85 kW, average CWU power for ordered power 23 kW. Heating medium flow: 2.3 m³/h in winter, 1.8 m³/h in summer. Central heating system parameters: 70/50°C. Total area 1,916.87 m², volume 7,206 m³. Planned heat consumption: 700 GJ/year. 3. **Muszelka Swimming Pool, ul. Balkonowej 2:** Heat supply with a series-parallel heat node, tariff group A3/B1/C3. The service must ensure heat output depending on the outdoor temperature: 300 kW at 30°C, 432 kW at 8°C, 747 kW at -20°C. The highest heating medium flow is expected at +8°C. A heat consumption optimization system is in place. Planned heat consumption: 8,000 GJ/year. Technical conditions: heat node owned by the contracting authority, metering and billing system for total heat delivered to the node owned by the contractor, Δp/V regulator owned by the contractor (owned by the relevant district heating system operator), weather regulator owned by the contracting authority.
