Supply of useful heat: approximately 67.6 GWh for pool heating, domestic hot water heating, and space heating in 4 indoor pools in the city of Freiburg i. Br. (Westbad, Haslacher Bad, Faulerbad, and Lehener Bad); contract duration 15 years from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2041. Heat supply begins in 2027 with the continued operation of existing gas condensing boiler systems; the technical plant concept is technology-neutral. Evaluation is based on price, CO2 emission factor according to AGFW FW309-6 (maximum 160.0 gCO2/kWh after transformation phase), and energy source index according to AGFW FW309-5 (minimum 0.70 after transformation phase).
