Laundry services for hospital inventory

Laundry services for hospital inventory: Comprehensive services for surgical and general hospital linen, as well as staff uniforms. This includes washing, drying, ironing, disinfection, removal of stubborn stains, mending, sewing, and sorting by clinics/departments. Blankets, curtains, and other bedding items are also included. Cleaned laundry is packaged in polyethylene bags and transported, with handover via protocol. Services are provided daily, six days per week (Monday to Saturday), including holidays, according to a schedule. The contractor uses their own materials and resources. Execution must comply with the requirements of Ordinance No. 12 of 16.11.2018 and Ordinance No. H-4 of 30.03.2026 for public laundries and infection control. Specialized machines for washing, drying, and ironing hospital linen must be used. Chemothermal disinfection is to be performed with approved biocidal products. Hospital linen and workwear must be washed and disinfected separately. Delivery of washed linen is packaged in transparent polyethylene bags, sorted by type and quantity per clinic/department. Workwear is delivered on disposable hangers in transparent polyethylene bags. Transport is carried out in vehicles used exclusively for laundry transport and disinfected after each trip. A disinfection log for vehicles must be presented upon request. The contract is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, or economic entities whose main goal is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged persons. At least 30% of the staff must be people with disabilities or disadvantaged persons. Registration as a specialized enterprise/cooperative must have existed for at least three years. At least 80% of the contract must be performed with own resources; subcontractors or third parties must also be specialized enterprises/cooperatives.
