Print Fleet Management for Uckermark District

Delivery, implementation, and operation of a unified print fleet management system for the business locations of the Uckermark district: 53x A3 color multifunction devices, 9x A4 color multifunction devices, 10x A4 black and white multifunction devices. This includes the provision, licensing, and implementation of a central, manufacturer-independent print management and device software (Embedded Client) for monitoring, administration, control of the print fleet, and user workflows. Setup and configuration involve physical assembly, placement, and operational installation of all new devices, technical integration into the IT infrastructure (network, drivers, security features), software-side setup of automated consumable ordering (toner/ink), and automatic alarm messages for maintenance/system failures. Furthermore, the removal, transport, and disposal of all existing old devices, disposal of packaging materials for new devices, and data protection-compliant deletion of internal storage media of old devices with deletion protocols are included. Comprehensive training for the internal IT department on system administration is provided. A full-service contract covers all service, support, and maintenance services for the entire contract duration, including preventive maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, and supply of all consumables except paper. Hardware and software licenses transfer to the client's ownership after acceptance.
