Maintenance of Mechanical Systems for Buildings

Maintenance of mechanical systems: Operation and maintenance of water, gas, and air conditioning mechanical systems and equipment in facilities operated by the contracting authority. The performance locations and net floor areas of the facilities (excluding pool area and green spaces) include: Audi Aréna Győr (11,608 m²), Aqua Sports Center (11,120 m²), Olympic Sports Park (22,554 m²), Magyar Vilmos Swimming Pool (2,623 m²), Visitor Center (690 m²), and Kálóczy tér Sports Center (1,120 m²). The total area is 49,715 m². The contract comprises lump-sum and itemized tasks. For itemized tasks, orders can be placed up to a maximum limit of 160,000,000 HUF + VAT. Individual and ad-hoc orders will be placed for tasks not covered by a monthly lump-sum fee. A fire protection specialist examination is required for certain tasks.
