Maintenance of technical building installations for the Civil Contingencies Agency and County Administrative Boards' command centers

Operation and management of technical installations and systems: including corrective maintenance, for premises managed by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (Myndigheten för civilt försvar) for the County Administrative Boards' command centers nationwide, and for technical areas in the Civil Contingencies Agency's offices in Karlstad, Solna, and Kristinehamn. The objects are geographically spread across Sweden as per Appendix 4 Object Description. Affected installation systems include: Building, Water and sewage, Cooling, Heating, Air treatment, Control and regulation, Electrical system, Lighting, Backup power, Uninterruptible power supply (UPS), Voltage equalization systems, Telecom and data systems, Fire alarm and extinguishing systems, Lifts, Penetrations, Protection products. The agreement requires continued delivery of all services even during special events, peacetime crisis situations, and heightened alert.
